If reading isn’t your thing (and let’s face it: not everyone has time), there are other activities that can have similar benefits to reset your life: listening to music or podcasts; going for walks outside in nature; playing with pets; having conversations with friends/family members over dinner or coffee…the list goes on!

And if none of these ideas appeal, no worries: just go outside and take a walk in nature (or go visit your local library).

It might seem overwhelming at first, but there are plenty of things you can do that will put you on the right path toward financial freedom and stability. Here are some tips that can help you get started:
