This post is about a simple way to help you plan and set your New Year’s Resolution & goals.

New year’s goal setting and planning is such an important activity yet very personal. I can come on this platform and tell you to go to the gym, budget, plan, be kind, etc. What a cliché right?
We all clearly know that it never works. We end up messing up. Well, at least that has been me in the past years. But you know what! THAT IS TOTALLY OKAY.
How can you serve yourself when making New Year’s Resolutions?
I am not saying that we shouldn’t have digestible goals for New Year’s. However, I think the best way you can serve yourself is to be truthful to yourself, be okay with starting over, and have grace upon yourself.
When creating your new year’s resolution, I believe in the power of simplicity. In summary, I suggest having bite-size SMART goals that lead to a bigger picture. I call this:
The Power Of Three Goals For Your New Year’s Resolution
1. Annual Goals & Resolutions
Think about only 3 things you want to achieve by the end of the year.
2. Monthly Goals & Resolutions
At the beginning of every month, think about 3 actionable steps that can lead you to your annual goals.
3. Daily Goals & Resolutions
Every morning write down in your planner 3 things that you can do today to slowly lead you to your monthly goals.

How Does The Power of Three Goals Help You with New Year’s Resolutions?
Simplifying goals reduces mental exhaustion and overwhelming, unrealistic life deadlines. On top of that, you have the power to write, rewrite, or erase goals because a year is just damn too long. Life simply changes.
Last thoughts…
In conclusion, I hope this blog helps you reconnect with your inner self and think about only 3 New years goals you could realistically accomplish. Lastly, just note that everything is possible when you put your mind and effort into it.
